This Tuesday, October 19, at 14:00 CET, SCOPE Europe's Managing Director, Jörn Wittmann, will be joining the event to discuss "Codes of Conduct and Enforced Self-Regulation: A Comparison Between Brazil and Europe".

The session will promote a deep dive into the role of Codes of Conduct, which becomes particularly relevant in the context of the Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD), regulation that has come into force last year.

Against this background, SCOPE Europe will be sharing its unique expertise as the leading negociator and Monitoring Body of the EU Cloud Code of Conduct, the first tool of its kind to be approved by the European supervisory authorities and become fully legally operational as of May 2021.
