The Code has a distinguished pricing scheme, as laid out in the price list. The pricing leverages the interests of different company sizes, cost-effectiveness and aspects of internal governance. Following we provide an overview on the pricing scheme of the Code.

Membership Options

Principally the Code provides Membership Options for Cloud Service Providers as members as well as the Supporter Membership for individuals and associations interested in supporting the aims and idea of the EU Cloud Code of Conduct. 

Only members as Cloud Service Provider may declare their Cloud Services adherent to the Code.

The pricing for Cloud Service Providers is as follows.

Declaration of Adherence Pricing

To comply with the Code and being listed in the Public Register, Cloud Services have to declare their Cloud Service adherent to the Code. The declaration of adherence must be renewed annually.

Declaration of Adherence Renewal

3,000.00 EUR, annually
(per Cloud Service)

Multiple Cloud Services

A Cloud Service family is considered a Cloud Service.*

* In case several Cloud Services rely on the same core infrastructure, with regards to hardware and software, and are embedded in the same contractual framework, they can be submitted as a Cloud Service family. Please note: Additional pricing scheme if more there will be more than fifteen (15) Cloud Service per Cloud Service family.
