As global data flows continue to expand, protecting personal data beyond the EU’s borders has become an increasingly critical challenge. In this context, SCOPE Europe, together with the EU Cloud CoC community, is advancing the Third Country Transfers Module—a cloud-specific, Article 46-compliant framework designed to support lawful hashtag international data transfers.
The Module responds to growing legal and operational complexity by providing structured safeguards that complement existing mechanisms. By contributing to resilient and diversified transfer tools, this initiative reinforces our commitment to maintaining a high level of data protection for individuals, wherever their data may be processed.
