Special Framework for CSA STAR and Corporate Members
As part of this collaboration, we have established a special framework for CSA STAR and Corporate Members to adhere to the EU Cloud CoC. This framework streamlines the process for these members, allowing them to submit their declaration of adherence through the EU Cloud CoC platform, providing them with a clear and efficient pathway to demonstrate their compliance with GDPR requirements. This collaboration offers a comprehensive foundation for compliance in the cloud, which largely supports both users and providers in properly performing their due diligences.
The EU Cloud CoC Compliance Mark in the STAR Registry
A key feature of our collaboration is the inclusion of the EU Cloud CoC in the CSA STAR Registry. This means that all services adherent to the EU Cloud CoC have their Compliance Mark displayed in the CSA STAR Registry, which enables cloud users to have a robust overview of offerings while assessing their respective compliance attestations for cybersecurity and data protection. This integration not only showcases the commitment to high standards of data protection but also enhances trust and confidence among customers and stakeholders.
